About Kamini
For more than 25 years, Kamini has been serving the accounting and tax planning needs of Delaware investment holding companies, looking at the relationship between financial decisions and tax strategy, and educating clients and BLS team members on the nuance of financial management as an investment holding company. Her personal service approach, preferring in-person meetings when available, quickly builds a bridge between her holding company work and the tax strategy. Securely and thoroughly defining the nexus of each client’s situation by utilizing a nexus checklist that she developed is at the heart of her strategic advice to clients.
Kamini has become increasingly involved with financial matters for complex international clients’ operating entities in Delaware where she provides insight, direction, and high-value guidance to our global corporate services clients. Clients not needing holding company status benefit from Kamini’s selected controllership and outsourced bookkeeping services.
Within the firm, Kamini has championed numerous internal initiatives including launching the firm’s payroll subsidiary for our Delaware investment holding company clients, developing continuing education programs for the Delaware investment holding company team, and helping streamline the acquisition and internal dissemination of client contact information. She is also a member of the firm’s Staff Development Committee.
