With Barry at the helm, BLS is making its mark in Delaware and beyond. His influence and attention
to a quality work environment has produced multiple service awards and national recognition, while

Perspectives from Barry

“I encourage clients to show me their passion. We do our best work when we know what drives a client to
succeed, working to find creative ways in which to help them.”

“We don’t operate in a vacuum here. We’re constantly urging each other to be outside of our four walls,
talking to other practitioners, other firms, broadening our knowledge and our reach.”
