Jeffrey A. Elwell, CPA
Director - Accounting & Auditing

Utilizing his strong organizational skills, as well as his understanding of accounting and tax issues, Jeff helps his business clients address their day-to-day financial concerns and plan for their long-term success. Jeff works with a diverse group of clients including construction companies, automobile dealerships, professional service firms and nonprofit organizations. Jeff was a director for Truitt, Sarnecki & Associates prior to the 2004 merger with Belfint, Lyons & Shuman.

In addition to providing exceptional audit, accounting, tax and consulting services, Jeff’s firm responsibilities include acting as the firm’s Quality Control Director, being a member of the firm’s executive committee and providing the technical expertise on financial statement reporting issues.

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA) and the Salem County Chamber of Commerce. Within the community, he is treasurer of the Pennsville Educational Foundation and very involved with the school district.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Susquehanna  University. He earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1993 and is licensed in Delaware and  New Jersey.
