Harvey joined the firm in 1993 as an independent technology consultant. In 2001, he was named president of the firm's technology subsidiary, BL&S Technologies, LLC. In this role, Harvey is responsible for managing all internal computer systems at the firm, as well as managing BL&S Technologies' operations and meeting their clients' accounting software and system support needs. Under Harvey's direction, BL&S Technologies specializes in providing software sales and implementation, as well as training and consulting services for Blackbaud's The Financial Edge, a comprehensive accounting software system designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. Over the last 15 years, Harvey has provided IT consulting and computer systems support to a variety of companies, including Fortune 1000 companies and smaller, privately-held businesses in the insurance, financial, manufacturing and service industries. He has consulted with many of the large and small nonprofits and private schools in the Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey region. Harvey attended the University of Delaware and holds several technical certifications. He has donated his time and skills helping several independent nonprofit organizations. |
