Since joining the firm in 1994 and being named a principal in 2001, Kamini has championed numerous internal projects including developing continuing education programs for the Corporate Services team and helping streamline the acquisition and internal dissemination of client contact information. Kamini has more than 20 years experience assisting clients in the areas of nonprofit auditing and corporate accounting and tax planning. She specializes in servicing the accounting and tax planning needs of Delaware Investment Holding Companies and is responsible for overseeing corporate and partnership tax compliance matters involving the firm's Delaware Investment Holding Company clients. Kamini's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA) and the Wilmington Tax Group. Kamini received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Gujarat University in India. |
