Jordon Rosen, CPA
Director - Tax & Small Business
Jordon is a director in the tax and small business department at Belfint, Lyons & Shuman, P.A., where he specializes in tax planning for businesses and individuals with an emphasis on estate and trust planning. Within the firm, Jordon is a member of the firm’s executive committee.
A licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and Delaware , as well as an accredited estate planner (AEP), Jordon has authored more than 100 tax-related articles for local and national publications. A frequent lecturer on tax and financial topics, Jordon has appeared numerous times on television, most recently Fox Good Day Philadelphia, and hosted a radio show, Money Talk, on 1450 WILM for several years. He has also taught tax courses in the Masters of Tax program at Philadelphia University.
Jordon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and is a former board member and chair of the tax committee of the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA). Jordon is also the president of the Chester County Estate Planning Council, a member of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council and past president of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware. He currently serves on the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce tax committee.
As an active member of the community, Jordon has served on the board of directors for several organizations. He currently serves on Delaware Community Foundation's Planned Giving Committee and is a board member of the Kristol Center for Jewish Life at the University of Delaware. He previously served as vice president of the JCC of Delaware and is a past board member for Jewish Family Services. Jordon also serves as an advisor on planned giving to the local chapter of the American Cancer Society.
After earning his undergraduate degree in accounting from Temple University, Jordon received his Masters degree in taxation from Widener University.
