Peter has been affiliated with the firm since 1986. Peter's extensive background in public accounting includes providing audit, management advisory, litigation support and tax planning and preparation services for numerous clients. As a director in the firm's Corporate Services department, Peter currently specializes in meeting the accounting and client service needs of Delaware Investment Holding Company clients. As a result of Peter's understanding of complex corporate and individual tax and financial planning matters, clients frequently turn to Peter for assistance in creating a comprehensive financial plan that includes year-round tax planning.

Peter is involved in a number of professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA) and the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce's Delaware Holding Company Committee. In addition, Peter was recently appointed to the New Castle County Council Audit Committee.

After graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, Peter received his Master of Science degree in Taxation from Widener University. In 1988, Peter earned his Certified Financial Planner certificate.
