LeAnne oversees a wide range of the Firm’s management and structure, including human resources, administration, and facilities. She successfully builds and promotes the Firm by providing insightful and innovative strategic leadership to organize and control the day-to-day operations of the Firm, execute Director decisions and serve as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate production and solve problems. Her analytical approach to her responsibilities has proven to be an asset in guiding the Firm through ever-present changes in the industry and workforce.
Through internal collaboration, LeAnne is heavily involved in making decisions regarding information technology, marketing/public relations, and business development. She oversees a full team of administrative services associates that provides support for the Firm’s internal and external clients. In addition, she manages employee relations, performance management, and staff development, staying abreast of trends, navigating generational distinctions and ensuring the Firm’s compliance with federal and state employment laws. LeAnne’s interpersonal skills and integrity are demonstrated daily as she supports the Firm’s priorities and maintains positive employee relationships.
