This special milestone celebration will be held on Saturday\, April 6\, 2024 at the Deerfield Golf Club in Newark\, DE. \nA night of fun and history will be enjoyed as they celebrate the past 125 years\, as well as honor the late Gilbert J. Sloan\, PhD\, a strong supporter of JFS for many years\, by renaming the JFS Care Navigation Program the Gilbert J. Sloan JFS Care Navigation Program.
