Fresh Start is a Delaware 501(c)(3) that awards scholarships to women seeking to improve themselves and their families by earning a college degree. They match scholars with mentors to support them in their academic and professional goals. Scholars have consistently earned an average GPA of 3.5! Over 70 percent of Fresh Start scholars graduate\, which is outstanding for nontraditional students.
