DESCRIPTION:BLS CPAs is honored to be a Tee Sponsor for the Sheldon Scramble Golf Tournament! \nExceptional Care for Children (ECC) is excited to announce the organization’s 2021 Sheldon Scramble Golf Tournament! We would like to invite you to join us at this event\, which will take place on Tuesday\, September 28\, 2021 at Deerfield Golf Club in Newark\, Delaware. Proceeds from the event will benefit ECC’s children by funding programs and projects which directly impact the resident population. \nAs Delaware’s first and only pediatric skilled nursing facility\, ECC provides transitional\, long-term\, and palliative care to children between the ages of birth and twenty-one who are medically-fragile and dependent on medical technology for survival. Our goal is to mimic the home setting and provide childhood experiences outside of an acute care hospital. Since opening its doors in 2006\, ECC has provided a home to over one hundred twenty-five children from across the Mid-Atlantic region. \nThe golf tournament has grown over the years and the 2021 event features an afternoon full of exciting on-course prizes and contests\, course drinks and boxed lunch\, and a delicious dinner reception. \nWe hope you’ll join us for one great reason: helping medically fragile kids. \nTo learn more about ECC\, please visit exceptionalcare.org.
