They can file an automatic 6-month extension using Form 7004 BUT this is NOT an extension to pay.  \nIRA: 2024 IRA & Roth IRA contributions must be made today.  \nINDIVIDUALS & CORPORATIONS: If you’re not paying your 2024 income tax through withholding (or won’t pay in enough tax during the year that way)\, pay the first installment of your 2024 estimated tax. Use Form 1040-ES.
