Everyone knows about the challenges involving late deferral deposits\, but that is only the tip of the iceberg\, and much easier to correct than operational failures related to eligibility\, use of the wrong definition of compensation\, participant loan repayment errors\, unsubstantiated hardship distributions\, and so much more. \nDuring this seminar\, Maria T. Hurd\, CPA\, RPA\, will alert plan sponsors to the most common operational errors and how to correct them using the IRS and the DOL correction programs: the Employee Plan Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS)\, the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVCP)\, and the Voluntary Fiduciary Compliance Program (VFCP).
