Provide each shareholder with a copy of their final or amended Schedule K-1 (Form 1120S) or substitute Schedule K-1 (Form 1120S).  \nS-CORPORATION ELECTIONS: File Form 2553 to elect to be treated as an S corporation beginning with calendar year 2026.  \nPARTNERSHIPS & LARGE PARTNERSHIPS: File a 2025 calendar year return (Form 1065). Provide each partner with a copy of their final or amended Schedule K-1 (Form 1065)\, Partner’s Share of Income\, Deductions\, Credits\, etc.\, or substitute Schedule K-1 (Form 1065).  \nTo request an automatic 6-month extension of time to file the return\, file Form 7004. DESCRIPTION:BLS is a Sponsor for the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware’s 2026 Run for the Buds 5k in Dewey Beach.\nCelebrate the weekend of World Down Syndrome Day through a morning of movement by the shore. This annual race will start at The Starboard! Celebrate the individuals in our community with Down syndrome\, raise awareness\, and to support the programs\, events\, and resources provided to members throughout their entire lives. \nThe proceeds of the 19th Annual Run for the Buds benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware.
