• Stephanie L. Chapman, CPA has been promoted to the position of Principal of the Firm and has been with BLS for over 7 years. Stephanie joined the BLS family in May of 2009.  Her dedication to her technical skills, business development and her presence in the local, national and international arenas is widely recognized as she continues to build the Firm’s International Services Section and make BLS a frontrunner in Delaware’s initiatives to develop its global footprint. She received her Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Accounting from the University of West Florida. Stephanie resides in Wilmington, Delaware.

• Michael D. Kelly, CPA has been promoted to Manager in the firm’s Tax & Small Business Department. In his 8 years with BLS, Mike has been recognized as an extremely diligent and hardworking individual with impressive technical knowledge and ability. He has shown significant interest and success in the small business and estate and trust service areas by becoming an expert in business entity accounting and tax issues and processes. He received both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. He continued his education and received a Masters in Taxation Degree from Villanova University. Michael resides in Wilmington, Delaware.

• Karly A. Laughlin, CPA has been promoted to Manager in the Tax & Small Business Department. Karly has been with BLS for 7 years and is recognized for her perpetual optimism and ability to work well with our clients, their attorneys and their advisors. Along with her strong tax knowledge, Karly has become an expert in estates and trusts. Karly is also known for her relationships with the staff and exceptional ability to mentor our new staff. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and resides in Landenberg, Pennsylvania.

• Michael E. Mast, CPA, CFE has been promoted to Manager in the Accounting & Auditing Department. Mike has been with BLS for 9 years. His dedication and productivity are unparalleled as he diligently works to meet the needs of the varied client groups he serves. He works in the firm’s Nonprofit, Employee Benefit Plan Audit and Government niche areas and is a Certified Forensic Examiner. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and resides in Newark, Delaware.
