The Sheldon Shuffle Walk/Run 5K is more than a race — it’s your chance to step up for children at Exceptional Care for Children, Delaware’s only pediatric skilled nursing facility. The kids face medical challenges that keep them from running alongside you, but your strides make sure they don’t miss out on the best parts of childhood.
Every dollar raised goes beyond medical basics — funding therapy, education, music, art, play, and moments of pure joy that Medicaid doesn’t cover. When you cross the finish line, you’re not just completing a 5K. You’re carrying the kids with you.
