BENEFIT PLAN DEADLINE (12/31 year end):

Last day to distribute the 2023 Safe Harbor Notice, the Contingent Notice for 3% safe harbor contribution or the Qualified Automatic Contribution Arrangement (QACA), as applicable. Must be distributed 30-90 days prior to the start of the next plan year. 

2022 Supplemental Notice for Safe Harbor plan that issued Contingent Notice at beginning of year as to whether 3% safe harbor will be made for the current year. 

Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA) notice for 2022. 

Auto Enrollment Safe Harbor Notice for 2023. (EACA & ACA)
