BLS is a Sponsor for the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware’s 2026 Run for the Buds 5k in Dewey Beach.
Celebrate the weekend of World Down Syndrome Day through a morning of movement by the shore. This annual race will start at The Starboard! Celebrate the individuals in our community with Down syndrome, raise awareness, and to support the programs, events, and resources provided to members throughout their entire lives.
The proceeds of the 19th Annual Run for the Buds benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware. The DSA of Delaware is a nonprofit organization that supports families, promotes community involvement, and encourages a lifetime of opportunities for people with Down syndrome.
