Tyler Dorso, CPA has been promoted to Manager in the firm’s Tax & Small Business Practice Group
Tyler’s journey with BLS began in the summer of 2015 when he joined as a Staff Accountant in our Rotational Development Program. After spending time rotating between the Firm’s tax and audit practices, he decided to join Tax & Small Business, where he has continued to develop his technical skills and expertise. Tyler specializes in assisting individuals and small businesses within multiple industries with tax planning, compliance, and financial statement services. Over the years, he has not only sharpened his technical expertise but has become a mentor and developer of younger staff. He regularly assists with recruiting, the Summer Internship Program, and training of our current Rotational team members.
A graduate of West Chester University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Finance, Tyler is an active member of the AICPA and DSCPA. He currently resides in Upper Chichester, PA.

Phillip Gerecke has been promoted to Senior Accountant in the firm’s International Services Practice Group
Phillip joined BLS in 2022 as an intern while earning his accounting degree from Wilmington University and has since grown into a key member of the team. He works closely with international companies on U.S. compliance matters and brings added value through his fluency in German, supporting the firm’s German-speaking clients. In addition to his client work, Phillip has contributed thought leadership through publication in Delaware Banker Magazine and remains actively involved in the firm’s community and early talent initiatives. Phillip resides in Newark, Delaware.
Craig Weedon has been promoted to Staff II Accountant in the firm’s Nonprofit Practice Group
Craig joined the firm as a 2023 Summer Intern, returned as a full-time Rotational Development team member in 2024, and is now a dedicated member of our Nonprofit Practice Group. Craig is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is currently working towards his CPA. Craig is originally from Trappe, Maryland and currently resides in Bear, Delaware.
