Charles Riordan, CPA has been promoted to Supervisor in the firm’s Government Audit Practice Group
Charles demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional client service through trusted financial guidance, personalized attention, and technical expertise, including single audits. He is known for building strong client relationships and solving complex challenges with thoughtful, tailored solutions. Charles approaches each day as an opportunity to learn, grow, and help organizations achieve their financial goals. A graduate of the University of Delaware with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting, Charles is a member of the AICPA and DSCPA. He resides in Newark, Delaware.
Patrick Bromley has been promoted to Staff II Accountant in the firm’s Retirement Plan Audit Practice Group
Patrick joined BLS as a Summer Intern in 2023 and started full-time in the firm’s rotational development program after graduation. He has since grown into a key member of the Retirement Plan Audit team. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is currently working towards his CPA. Patrick resides in Wilmington, Delaware.
Anna Regester has been promoted to Staff II Accountant in the firm’s Tax & Small Business Practice Group
Anna joined the firm as a 2025 in the firm’s Rotational Development Program and quickly moved into the firm’s Tax & Small Business Practice Group. Anna is a graduate of Goldey-Beacom College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Taxation. She is currently working towards her CPA. Anna resides in Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania.
Katie Andrews has been promoted to Senior Visual Communications Specialist
Katie joined the firm in February 2020 and is a graduate of Wilmington University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Communications. She is a creative problem-solver with a passion for visual storytelling and sharing BLS’s brand story through engaging visual concepts. In her new role, Katie will help lead the development and execution of internal and external visual communications that support the firm’s marketing, branding, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies.
