Wilmington, DE – July 15, 2025 – Belfint, Lyons & Shuman, P.A. (BLS) congratulates retired Director and Shareholder Jordon N. Rosen, CPA, MST, AEP®, on receiving the prestigious Sid Kess Award for Excellence in Continuing Education from the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). The award was presented during the 2025 AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE Conference in Las Vegas and honors individuals who have made outstanding contributions to tax and financial planning education.

Jordon retired from BLS in 2021 after more than 21 years with the firm and over 43 years in public accounting. While at BLS, he led the firm’s estate and trust practice and served as Director of Tax Practice Quality Control. Jordon was a mentor to many within BLS—developing future firm leaders, guiding rotational staff, and generously sharing his insights and experience. His influence helped shape the next generation of tax professionals and directly contributed to the firm’s ongoing success. He is a past President of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) and was inducted into its Estate Planning Hall of Fame in 2020. Though officially retired and enjoying time with his grandchildren, Jordon continues to educate professionals across the country through speaking engagements and published articles. His passion for sharing knowledge and advancing the profession remains as strong as ever.
