Jeff is a man of many responsibilities, both for clients and BLS. He cultivates a strong client service philosophy to address the issues of today as well as tomorrow. Jeff’s experience and background allows him to work with a diverse group of for-profits, nonprofits and individuals.
He lives and breathes the “small is the new big” philosophy with a keen eye for building consultative relationships. Jeff’s expertise is the same that you’d find at a much larger firm, yet it’s personalized to each client and their industry. He is proud of his well-rounded technical expertise that enables him to meet the needs of his clients as a financial reporting, audit/assurance and tax professional. This diversity provides his clients a large knowledge base with individual attention.
In addition to his client responsibilities, Jeff acts as the Quality Control Director for BLS, providing the technical expertise on financial statement reporting issues, evaluating newly enacted accounting principles and auditing standards and monitoring the firm’s compliance with professional standards. He is also qualified to assist other accounting firms with their peer review as a peer review team captain or team member.
