About Kamini

Kamini retired on June 30, 2026. She concludes an exceptional career spanning 45 years in the accounting profession, including nearly 32 years of dedicated service to BLS.

Kamini served the accounting and tax planning needs of Delaware investment holding companies, looking at the relationship between financial decisions and tax strategy, and educating clients and BLS team members on the nuance of financial management as an investment holding company. She preferred in-person meetings when available, quickly built a bridge between her holding company work and the tax strategy. Securely and thoroughly, she defined the nexus of each client’s situation by utilizing a nexus checklist that she developed.

Kamini became increasingly involved with financial matters for complex international clients’ operating entities in Delaware where she provided insight, direction, and high-value guidance to global corporate services clients. Clients not needing holding company status benefited from Kamini’s selected controllership and outsourced bookkeeping services.

Kamini championed numerous internal initiatives including launching the firm’s payroll subsidiary for our Delaware investment holding company clients, developing continuing education programs for the Delaware investment holding company team, and helping streamline the acquisition and internal dissemination of client contact information. She was also a member of the firm’s Staff Development Committee.
