A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in accounting, she helps guide the firm’s financial strategy by partnering with leadership to align fiscal planning with long-term goals. Karen’s expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency supports informed decision-making and ensures a strong financial foundation for continued growth.

Before joining the firm, Karen held leadership roles in the professional services industry, including as Controller for a local law firm, where she oversaw all aspects of financial strategy, planning, reporting, and compliance. Her ability to implement effective accounting systems and streamline financial operations has consistently enhanced transparency and profitability. Known for her collaborative and analytical approach, Karen is dedicated to providing the financial insight and strategic guidance that drive organizational success.
