About Lynn

As Controller, Lynn is the point person for the firm’s financial operations and employee benefits. She manages the firm’s finances and provides the shareholders with the information and reports they need to make informed and judicious decisions for the company. She is also a liaison between the firm’s owner group and employees. Because of her forty plus years of experience, Lynn is intuitive to owner and employee needs, both professionally and personally.

In her role as benefits administrator, Lynn is responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, workers’ compensation, life insurance, travel and accident plan, flexible spending plan, 401(k) plan and retirement plan). She coaches owners and employees as questions and personal situations arise.

Lynn provides concierge services to all at the firm with insightful responses and respected results.

Lynn is an active member in her church community. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she is always happy to talk about her Buffalo Bills.
