I’m proud to work with our resourceful administrative team delivering tools and support needed to provide exceptional service to our clients. The administrative team is the heart of any organization and it is no different here at BLS.
Tracy oversees the day-to-day activities of the Administrative Services Department and its team members. She manages the firm’s office space and workflow processes across all our practice groups, including navigating the various project management, electronic workflow, and operational software applications. She provides expert assistance internally to those using the applications, and it is largely her responsibility to ensure our clients receive timely service.
Tracy is exceptional in developing both client and staff relationships. In many cases, she is the first point of contact for our small business clients, where she has long been assisting with their payroll and 1099 needs. She is professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious, and a truly great first impression at BLS.
